How do I open a live trading account?

To open a live trading account, please click on the 'Sign Up' icon located on the EMAR Markets homepage and follow the registration process. Once you have logged in to your EMAR account using your email address and chosen password, you can manage your account, upload any required documents, download our trading platforms, and fund your account. Please note that EMAR Markets (Pty) Ltd is unable to offer its services to residents and citizens of certain jurisdictions, including Australia, Canada, the EU and EEA, Malaysia, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, and countries sanctioned by the EU.

What is a Welcome Bonus?

The Welcome Bonus provides a $50 bonus for initial deposits as low as $15 in the welcome bonus account. Please note that the bonus is a one-time offer per customer and is only applicable to deposits made through local bank deposit methods. Other deposit methods are not eligible for any bonuses from EMAR Markets.

Do you offer demo accounts?

Demo accounts are a valuable trading tool for both beginner and experienced traders. They offer a risk-free environment for learning and experimenting with new trading strategies. At EMAR Markets, we provide swap-free accounts to all of our clients, without any hidden fees or charges.

What account types do you offer?

We offer a variety of account types for you to choose from: Cent account, Standard account and Pro account.

What are the supporting documents required for accounting opening?

For identity verification the following documents have to be uploaded: A high-resolution copy of the first page of local or international passport, where the photo and the signature are clearly seen, or a copy of driver's license with the same requirements. The indicated documents must be valid at least 6 months from the filing date. Selfie picture while holding national passport/ international or driving license without blocking your face.

How many trading accounts can I open?

EMAR Markets provides a maximum of 5 Trading Accounts per account type (Standard, Cent and Pro).

What is the minimum deposit required after opening a trading account?

EMAR Markets allows clients to open a Standard account with as little as $1. The Pro account required a minimum deposit of $100. Cent account required a minimum deposit of $1.

Are there any charges for deposit funds?

EMAR Markets does not charge handling fees for deposits. However, for some deposit methods such as international wire transfers or e-wallets, the bank may charge handling fees, subject to the bank's processing discretion.

The deposit has been charged by my bank/card issuer but has not reflected in my trading account?

If the funds were deducted from your payment account, please send your request to Helpdesk (Deposit) and attach a bank statement or a screenshot from your online banking that confirms your funds were deducted (your full name or bank account number should be visible). Our Finance Department will contact the payment processing system for further investigation and reply to you via email within 1 working day.

Can I request for deposit and withdrawal during weekend?

Yes, you can still deposit on weekends. The funds will arrive in your account immediately. If you would like to withdraw, you can submit the relevant application in the portal. However, it will only be processed during normal working days of banks. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Can I deposit or withdrawal funds using mobile phone?

If you would like to deposit funds or withdraw funds using your mobile phone, you are required to log in to the client portal through a browser. However, it is relatively inconvenient to operate it on a phone. It is recommended that you try using a computer for a smoother experience.

How long is the withdrawal process?

The withdrawal process will take up to 24 hours.
